Not for emergencies. Audri is not an emergency service. If you need urgent assistance, call 000 or attend your local hospital emergency department immediately.

Not a medical device. Audri is not a medical device under the regulations of the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, or replace your practitioner's professional judgement.

AI-assisted intake. This intake uses an AI assistant to conduct the conversation and organise your responses. The information you provide is collected to support your practitioner in delivering care to you. A qualified healthcare practitioner will review all information before your appointment.

Accuracy of information. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to the best of your knowledge. Your practitioner may rely on this information to provide care — inaccurate information may compromise their service to you.

Technical data. We also record technical details about your device and network (type of microphone, connection quality) to diagnose audio issues. This data is never shared with third parties for marketing and cannot be used to identify you.
